Under the key activity of dissemination and exploitation of results, CB4LLP project aims to incorporate Lifelong Learning Programme projects and results into European local and institutional development strategies, creating and promoting new Capacity Building methodologies and practical tools for sectoral, regional, national and European stakeholder levels.CB4LLP aims to revolutionize specific Capacity Building processes to bring up better to sectoral, regional, national and European stakeholders attention, LLP projects and results and to consequently enhance their level of ability in including them into their development strategies. CB4LLP objectives are directed to two kind of targets: – individual level targets, tackling the individual stakeholders lack of competences in the valorisation of existing LLP projects and results; – group level targets, tackling the lack of sound conceptual understanding among policy-makers groups and putting the relevance of LLP projects perspective and results into their usual discussions. CB4LLP project activities produce effective methodologies and practical tools that directly support the dissemination and exploitation of LLP project results, as well as promotes the exploitation of cross-cutting and EU-level exploitation actions.CB4LLP focuses 3 main types of Capacity Building processes that must be considered in the activity objectives: Human, Organizational and Institutional, which are closely inter-related and complement each other.

Responsibilities

  • Policy advice, strategic partnerships promoter, interacting at institutional level with public and private organizations for high level cooperation agreements negotiation
  • In charge of planning, managing and tracking all project elements (definition, development, validation, launch, continuous improvement, PCM – project cycle management implementation)
  • Conference speeches and dissemination activities in Europe, China, Comoros Islands
  • Tasks prioritisation
  • Resource responsibility, internal and external audits to partners
  • Responsible for reporting to EU
  • Responsible for team coordination: 10 partners, 6 countries, more than 30 team members
  • Author of the Capacity Building for Lifelong Learning method
  • Project consultant for capacity building initiatives all over the world and trainer in training workshops
  • Scientific Coordinator at the CB4LLP International conference on capacity building
